New Clients

I’m so glad we’ve found each other!

Due to the high demand for my services I am unable to take walk-ins and therefore schedule clients by appointment only.

I will always work to accommodate your schedule but the same day or next day appointments are virtually impossible. I am usually booked 2 – 3 weeks in advance, please consider this when making appointments.

I do not have the facilities to accommodate children and therefore children are not permitted in the salon if you arrive with young children you will be asked to reschedule to another day.

I always recommend pre-booking your next appointment before you leave. Most clients will book out their year in advance to ensure they don’t miss out on getting the appointments that suit them best.

I also have two beautiful fur babies, Holly and Sophie. Please be aware they may greet you at the door and wander in and out of the workspace during your appointment.


I do require new clients to arrange a pre-service consultation of at least 1 week in advance.

I take this approach because there are so many factors to consider when booking an appointment, this comprehensive professional approach ensures that I get your colour and cut right, and more importantly that we are suited as stylist/client. Unfortunately, I sometimes have to refer new clients onto other salons as we may not be a good fit. Once I have reviewed your online consultation form I will contact you to arrange an appointment time.
