New Clients

First Time Clients

Due to the high demand for my services I am unable to take walk-ins and therefore only schedule clients by appointment only.

I will always work to accommodate your schedule but the same day or next day appointments are virtually impossible. I am usually booked 2 – 3 months in advance, please consider this when making appointments.

I do not have the facilities to accommodate children and therefore children are not permitted in the salon if you arrive with young children you will be asked to reschedule to another day.

I always recommend pre-booking your next appointment before you leave. Most clients will book out their year in advance to ensure they don’t miss out on getting the appointments that suit them best.

PRE-COLOUR OR CUT CONSULTATION

I do require new clients to arrange a pre-service consultation of at least 48 hours in advance.

I take this approach because there are so many factors to consider when booking an appointment, this comprehensive professional approach ensures that I get your colour right, and more importantly that we are suited as stylist/client. Unfortunately, I sometimes have to refer new clients onto other salons as we may not be a good fit.

Pre-service consultations can be completed by either an in-person visit to the salon or virtually with online platforms such as FaceTime, Facebook, Skype or Zoom. I have many options available.
